Awareness activity

To help you raise awareness of prostate cancer, we can send you an awareness pack containing information on prostate cancer and its symptoms, dietary advice, advice for the African Caribbean community, our helpline number and more. Just tell us how many packs you need.


Each awareness pack includes:

  • 10 x know your prostate z cards
  • 10 x cards for our confidential nurse led Helpline
  • 20 x prostate awareness cards
  • 10 x information sheets about eating healthily
  • 2 x A3 posters
  • 5 x leaflets for the African Caribbean community

Fundraising activity

We've got a range of downloadable materials to support your fundraising activity, including a do blue Poster, stickers, information booklet, do blue registration forms and paying in forms. These are all available to download and print after submitting this form.
